FOLLOWCAM is not sold as a drone for golf or buggies. Every market below runs on the same core — a new scenario is a route file, a safety corridor and an edit template, not a new project.
A guest books a ride; the video is an add-on sold with the ticket. The drone launches from its dock, finds the tagged vehicle, films rear, side and reveal shots along the mapped trail and lands itself. The guest gets a cinematic cut by link before the dust settles.
SIERRA TRAIL 03 · REAR FOLLOW4K/30Recording starts with the booking — fixed or robotic cameras, no drone required. The AI detects rallies, highlights and reactions, packages player-specific 9:16 clips and full-match options, and the venue keeps a share of every sale.
COURT CAM · RALLY DETECTAUTO HIGHLIGHTSWe already fly agricultural drones. The autonomy layer turns that into repeatable missions: mapped fields, scheduled coverage, AI analysis of the imagery, and a report in the grower's inbox — with minimal manual handling in between.
FIELD SCAN · BLOCK BNDVI PASSGolf courses, hiking routes, horse clubs, boat moorings, winery tours — anywhere guests move along a known path, a personal clip becomes a product. On a golf course the same profiles film the round hole by hole: wide establishing shots, the approach, the putt. The venue sells an experience; the system films a series of beautiful zones and hands each guest their personal edit.
ROUTE SCAN · ZONE CAPTURETRAVEL CLIPRaces and checkpoint filming, brand activations, test drives, demonstrations of construction and agricultural machinery, documentation of field crews on closed sites. Participants queue through tagged checkpoints; the system films each one on its stage.
EVENT CHECKPOINTSPERSONAL CLIPSA use case goes live only after its safety corridor is configured and acceptance tests pass. Complexity is about dynamics and terrain — not about the customer's industry.
Commercial pricing and unit economics are validated in pilots — we deliberately avoid quoting unvalidated launch figures. The structure, however, is fixed. And beyond direct revenue, every delivered clip is branded UGC: marketing the venue's guests publish themselves.

Fleet management, AI processing, support, storage and software services — per venue, per month.
Per-session sales, bundles, subscriptions or revenue share with the venue on every delivered edit. A free teaser clip in exchange for a five-star review turns even non-buyers into ratings and reach.
